On Nov. 6, the coffee giant will officially launch its holiday menu<\/a> and seasonal cups<\/a> at stores nationwide, and in addition to the return of the Peppermint Mocha and Caramel Brul\u00e9e Latte, festive drinkware and gifts<\/a> will drop in its cafes.<\/p>\n There are glossy tumblers, pleated mugs and coffee-themed ornaments, but one item has really gotten the internet talking<\/a>: the Glass Starbucks Bearista Cold Cup.<\/p>\n The 20-ounce cup costs $29.95 and is shaped like a classic teddy bear wearing a Starbucks green knitted beanie. It promises to bring \u201cinstant joy to every sip.\u201d The chain revved up anticipation for the cup with a Nov. 5 Instagram post<\/a> showing a non-ursid barista making a handcrafted beverage in the critter-shaped container.<\/p>\n People all over the internet \u2014 and not just in Starbucks\u2019 comments section \u2014 are now scrambling to get their paws on the limited-time item.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m paws-itive this bear cup is the best thing since sliced bread,\u201d wrote<\/a> one Facebook user.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is the CUTEST cup I\u2019ll ever own!!!!!,\u201d wrote<\/a> an Instagram user.<\/p>\n \u201cI hate coffee but I\u2019d get a coffee just for this,\u201d wrote another Instagram user, to whom Starbucks replied, \u201cHello, great news, you do not have to like Coffee to purchase the new Bearista Cup!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI will fight you for it, okay?\u201d said<\/a> one adamant TikToker, who added he already contacted his local shop to make sure it saves one for him. \u201cYou think I am not prepped and ready for this?\u201d<\/p>\n Even though the cup hasn\u2019t even been released yet, it\u2019s already been spotted on resale sites like eBay<\/a>, where one cup is going for over $90 with 30-plus bids, as well as Mercari<\/a>, where cups are being sold for as high as $139.<\/p>\n If you\u2019re unsuccessful in your quest to own what may be this year\u2019s Starbucks Pink Stanley Cup<\/a>, the coffee giant is dropping plenty more merch on Nov. 6, including its collaboration with the human-that-looks-like-a-cat<\/a> herself, Hello Kitty<\/a>.<\/p>\n
